Sacred Regulation Reading

Service Description

For the woman who is self-aware, spiritually gifted, emotionally deep, and still finding herself repeating patterns she knows she has outgrown. The Sacred Regulation Reading is a 90 minute intuitive and spiritual deep-dive designed to help you understand the pattern beneath the pattern. This is not just a reading for answers. It is a regulation-focused session for the woman who is tired of being aware but still activated, tired of knowing better but still choosing from fear, and tired of praying for clarity while her nervous system keeps pulling her back into old cycles. In this session, we look at where you are emotionally, spiritually, relationally, and energetically dysregulated. We identify the pattern you keep repeating, the wound or need underneath it, how it shows up in your body and choices, and what God, your spirit, and your higher wisdom are calling you into now. This session follows my Sacred Regulation Framework: The Pattern: We name what keeps happening, whether it is a relationship cycle, emotional spiral, money pattern, self-sabotage, avoidance, overgiving, shutdown, resentment, or inner conflict. The Root:We look at what is underneath the pattern, including the wound, fear, unmet need, belief, family imprint, spiritual lesson, or nervous system response keeping the cycle alive. The Body:We identify how the pattern lives in your body, energy, emotions, and behavior, especially when you feel unsafe, unseen, rejected, overwhelmed, or uncertain. The Revelation:We open to the deeper truth. I may use tarot, oracle, astrology, intuitive messages, spiritual reflection, and practical insight to reveal what the pattern is trying to show you. The Regulation:We close with the new response. You leave with a grounded next step, practice, boundary, reflection, ritual, or embodied action to help you respond from truth instead of fear. You leave with clarity around the pattern you are in, language for what your body and spirit have been trying to tell you, insight into the emotional and spiritual root of the issue, and a sacred next step to begin regulating your response. This is best for repeating relationship patterns, emotional spirals, shutdown, disconnection from your body or intuition, major transitions, spiritual overwhelm, or knowing the truth but struggling to act on it.
