Week 33 of 52: Stepping Into Alignment and Empowerment
Helping people achieve self-mastery and empowerment is deeply rewarding. Despite having support systems like friends, family, and therapists, my clients choose me as their coach, guide, and voice of reason. They trust my spiritual discernment when they can’t trust their own, knowing that with me, they’ll receive encouragement, empowerment, and guidance; but the work is always theirs to do.
Witnessing their transformation. surrender, release, and resurrection is liberating. I’ve walked this path many times in my own life, and it’s a blessing to assist others on their journey. This passion for holistic health and wellness, especially mental health, is rooted in the belief that we all deserve life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. But to achieve this, we must stop standing in the way of our own healing.
The message on my heart is clear: everything is mental. We must cleanse, redirect, rebalance, and reprogram our minds with discipline, intention, and consistency. Your mind communicates with your body as it interprets what spirit gives to the heart. Just as your heart has the wisdom to sustain your life, your mind has the ability to recalibrate if you allow it. Everything begins in spirit, is processed in the mind, and manifests through the body. This is true embodiment.
This week, ask yourself: Are you embodying the person God sees you as, or the person shaped by your pain, shortcomings, and experiences? Are you letting negative circumstances define you, or do you truly know who you are within those challenges?
As the Zohar teaches, “The mind is the root of everything, and when the mind is in a state of balance and connection to the divine, all aspects of life follow in harmony.” Embrace the power of your mind, align with your highest self, and walk in the truth of who you are meant to be.
We’ve entered Week 33 of 52—a time of deep spiritual significance. In numerology, 33 is the “Master Teacher,” symbolizing a heightened state of awareness meant to uplift and guide others. It represents the merging of earthly experience with spiritual insight, calling you to align with your higher purpose, step into your role as a guide or healer, and share your gifts for the greater good.
Reflect on the past 32 weeks. How have they shaped you, and what are you now ready to offer? The energy of 33 asks us to embody compassion, selflessness, and the wisdom that comes from deep spiritual growth. Engage with this powerful moment and share your reflections and insights. Let’s explore how we can live in alignment with this higher vibration together. This week is about stepping into the light, embracing your role in the collective journey, and embodying the spiritual truths you’ve come to know. Be good to yourself and gentle with others as we move through this sacred week and the remainder of this month!
Reflection & Retrogrades
Pluto in Aquarius/Capricorn (May 2, 2024, to Oct. 11, 2024)
With Pluto retrograding between Aquarius and Capricorn, I’ve been focusing on transformation within my social circles and career path. This energy has pushed me to let go of outdated structures and relationships that no longer serve my growth. Instead of dwelling on the lack of community, I’m learning to create the community I know I deserve, with impact, principles, and mission in mind; not just on a collective level, but for each individual as well.
Consider what transformations are needed in your life. Are there any relationships, habits, or career paths you’re holding onto out of fear rather than growth?
Saturn in Pisces (June 29 to Nov. 15, 2024)
Saturn’s retrograde in Pisces has had a strong influence on my emotional boundaries and spiritual practices. I’ve felt a greater need to set limits on my energy output, ensuring I’m not giving too much of myself away. This retrograde has pushed me to honor my need for rest and spiritual nourishment, prompting me to return to my spiritual laws, principles, and order. As a result, I’ve been focusing more on my internal practices rather than how I’m externally perceived.
How are you managing your emotional and spiritual boundaries? Reflect on where you might be overextending yourself emotionally or spiritually. Consider setting aside time each day for self-care or spiritual practice, even if it’s just five minutes.
Neptune in Pisces (July 2, 2024, to Dec. 7, 2024)
Neptune’s current retrograde in Pisces has been a deeply introspective time for me. I’ve been re-evaluating my dreams, illusions, and spiritual beliefs, ensuring that my ideals align with reality. No dream is too big, but we must ensure we are taking practical action to ground our dreams day by day.
This is a perfect time to assess your own dreams and aspirations. Are you chasing something real, or are you clinging to an illusion? How can you bring your dreams closer to reality?
Mercury in Virgo (Aug. 4, 2024 – Aug. 28, 2024)
During this Mercury retrograde in Virgo, I’ve become more attuned to the details, focusing on getting back to physical discipline and honoring the Four Agreements: be impeccable with your word, don’t take anything personally, don’t make assumptions, and always do your best. These principles align perfectly with Virgo’s energy, emphasizing precision and integrity. I’m committed to my morning routine as a sacred practice for my mind, body, and spirit—an ode to my higher self. This period also calls for refining my communication strategies and overall messaging, ensuring that my words and actions align with my values.
Take this time to reflect on how the Four Agreements can guide your daily life. How can you better honor your routines and improve your communication with yourself and others? Small adjustments can lead to a deeper connection with your highest self.
Uranus in Taurus (Sept. 1, 2024, to Jan. 30, 2025)
With Uranus retrograding in Taurus, I’ve experienced unexpected shifts in my material world, especially in my finances and personal resources. This has been a time of reassessment, evaluating what’s truly valuable and sustainable. I’ve had to make some tough decisions, prioritizing long-term security over short-term gains. This year, I’ve learned the importance of being willing to pivot, using my strengths to my advantage, delegating my weaknesses, and releasing the shame surrounding asking for what I truly want. That rebellious energy has shaken up my sense of self-worth, clarifying my value so I can focus on impact. I believe this year, instead of destabilizing, will be refreshing.
How are you navigating changes in your financial landscape? Think about your relationship with money and material possessions. Are there areas where you can be more flexible?
Jupiter in Gemini (Oct. 9, 2024, to Feb. 4, 2025)
With Jupiter soon entering retrograde in Gemini, I anticipate a time to expand my knowledge while being mindful not to overextend myself. This period will likely encourage me to slow down and reconsider how I’m sharing my wisdom, especially in coaching and counseling sessions. Another theme that may resurface is the importance of gaining knowledge to expand and apply it, rather than just satisfying curiosity without follow-through.
Consider how your communication methods might benefit from refinement. Are there areas in your life where you could share your knowledge more effectively, or perhaps, where you might need to hold back and listen more?
Transits to Remember
As we journey through mid month the planetary energies invite us to slow down, reflect, and realign with our true selves. These transits aren’t just passing moments; they’re opportunities for deeper connection, both within and with the world around us.
On August 14th, as retrograde Mercury reenters Leo, we may find ourselves revisiting old thoughts and conversations, reflecting on where we’ve been too much in our heads, perhaps overthinking or overanalyzing.
The Sun’s meeting with Mercury on August 18th signifies a moment of clarity, as the Sun catches up to Mercury, bringing light to the shadows of our minds. This is a time to integrate what we’ve learned since mid-June, allowing us to feel more centered as Mercury turns direct on August 28th. The fog lifts, and we begin to see things as they are, rather than how we feared or hoped they might be.
Jupiter’s sesquiquadrate with Pluto on August 7th which we will feel throughout the whole month subtly stirs our deepest beliefs, pushing us to confront where we may be holding on too tightly to outdated ideals or ambitions. This transit whispers to us that growth often requires a shift in perspective, a willingness to release control and let life guide us. There’s a delicate balance to be found between pursuing our goals and allowing ourselves to learn through the journey. This period asks us to be honest with ourselves about our motivations, reminding us that true power comes not from force, but from alignment with our higher purpose.
The Full Moon in Aquarius on August 19th brings with it a surge of awareness, especially around our need for connection, community, and the greater good. This lunation, square to Uranus, can be a bit jarring—like a wake-up call from the universe. It’s a time to embrace the unexpected, to welcome the revelations that shake us out of complacency. With the Sun aligned with retrograde Mercury, these insights aren’t just fleeting thoughts; they’re deep, pivotal realizations that could change the course of our path. While there may be a strong pull to push forward, this moment encourages us to pause and reflect on what’s truly important before taking our next steps.
As Jupiter squares Saturn on the same day, we’re reminded that growth, whether personal or professional, often comes with challenges. The rewards might not be immediate, and the road may be rocky, but there’s strength in perseverance. This transit encourages us to build a solid foundation for our future, even if it means facing temporary setbacks or delays. There may be moments of doubt, where we question our purpose or feel like we’re swimming against the tide, but these trials are a necessary part of the process. It’s a time to redefine our priorities, to ensure that we’re not just chasing dreams, but building something that will stand the test of time.
As we move deeper into August, the Sun and Vesta both enter Virgo on the 22nd and 24th, drawing our attention to the sacredness of the everyday. Virgo’s energy asks us to find divinity in the details, to approach our daily routines with reverence and care. This is a time for healing, for tending to our bodies, minds, and spirits with the gentleness and precision they deserve. When Ceres goes direct in Capricorn on the 26th, followed by the Last Quarter Moon in Gemini, we’re encouraged to reflect on our progress, to release what no longer serves us, and to prepare for the new cycle ahead.
As Mercury turns direct on August 28th and Venus enters Libra on the 29th, the focus shifts to our relationships and how we communicate our needs and desires. Venus in Libra reminds us of the beauty of balance, urging us to seek harmony in our interactions. This is a time to cultivate deeper connections, to speak our truth with love, and to create spaces where both we and those we care about can thrive. The energies of this period are guiding us to not only understand ourselves better but also to nurture the relationships that matter most, fostering a deeper, more intentional connection with the world around us.
